TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.
No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law.
2.
Entrants must be at least 18 years old and a New Jersey
resident. Employees, their immediate families and members of
their households, of D.J. Ardore, Inc. (“D.J. Ardore”), of
D.J. Ardore’s affiliates, of companies employed by D. J.
Ardore to build, host and/or maintain websites owned by D. J.
Ardore, of companies involved with advertising and/or
promoting websites owned by D. J. Ardore, and of the restaurant providing the sweepstakes prize
(“sponsor restaurant”), are not eligible.
3.
Entries must be submitted by completing the online form
in full and may not be submitted on paper or by mail.
Only one entry is allowed per person, per day.
If multiple entries are received in the same day, only the first entry
will be accepted. Entries
will be eligible only for the drawing for that month in which
the entry was received. All
entries become the property of D.J. Ardore and will not be
acknowledged or returned. D.J. Ardore assumes no
responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries or for
any computer, online, internet, telephone or technical
malfunctions that may occur. Any
information submitted as part of the entry is subject to
D.J.
Ardore's Privacy Policy posted on this website.

The Sweepstakes will run continually until further
notice.
Sweepstakes drawings will take place on the fifteenth
of the month following the month entries are received.
Example: Entries received in September will be eligible only for the
October 15, 2002 drawing. Entries received in October will be eligible
only for the November 15, 2002 drawing. Entries received in
November will be eligible
only for the December 15, 2002 drawing. In
the event a sweepstakes drawing cannot be completed on the
fifteenth day of the month for any reason, D.J. Ardore, Inc.
reserves the right to reschedule the drawing date and select a
winner without notice.
The Sweepstakes may be extended at the discretion of
D.J. Ardore, without notice.
There will be only one (1) sweepstakes prize offered
monthly. Each
monthly prize will consist of one (1) dinner for four (4) at the
sponsor restaurant for that month. The value of the prize shall vary based on the sponsor
restaurants menu prices. The value of the prize shall never exceed two hundred
fifty dollars ($250.00) and does not include alcoholic
beverages. Taxes
and gratuity are not included. Prizes
cannot be redeemed for cash, and are not subject to
substitution, except that D.J. Ardore reserves the right to
substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Your odds of
winning depend on how many entries you submit and the total number of eligible entries
received by D.J. Ardore.
The sponsor restaurant may require that reservations be
made in advance subject to seating availability to redeem the
sweepstakes prize. The sponsor restaurant reserves the
right to restrict redemption of the sweepstakes prize to
weekdays other than Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Further, the sponsor restaurant reserves the right to
restrict redemption of the sweepstakes prize on all holidays
including but not limited to legal, religious or other as
determined by the sponsor restaurant
and to
restrict redemption of the sweepstakes prize on
the day preceding any such holiday.

Winners will be selected at random from among all
eligible entries received, by a random drawing conducted by
D.J. Ardore, whose decisions are final and binding in all
respects. Drawings will be held on the fifteenth day of
the month following the month the entry was received.
In the event a sweepstakes drawing cannot be
completed on the fifteenth day of the month for any reason,
D.J. Ardore, Inc. reserves the right to reschedule the drawing
date and select a winner without notice.
To be eligible, entries must be received by D.J. Ardore
no later than 11:59 P.M. on the last day of the month. Entries received
after 11:59PM on the last day of the month will not be
included in the current months drawing. Within 10
days after the drawing date, the winner will receive a prize
notice by e-mail addressed to the winner’s return e-mail
address for prize notification. The prize notice will
request the winner to print, sign in ink and return by first
class mail a declaration
of eligibility
containing a signed consent and the winner’s postal mailing address for delivery of
the prize. D.J. Ardore must receive by first class mail the signed declaration of eligibility
including with the signed consent and the winner’s mailing
address,
within 21 days after winner receives the prize notice. If all
of these items are not received by D.J. Ardore from a winner
within that 21 day deadline, an alternate winner will be
selected by random drawing from all other eligible entries
received. D.J. Ardore is not responsible for e-mail notifications not
received by the winner or reply e-mail and/or reply first
class mail responses not received by D. J.
Ardore regardless of cause.
The prizes will be shipped to the addresses furnished
by the winners or alternate winners within 60 days after the
drawing date.
Prizes may be redeemed at the sponsor restaurant for a period
of up to one (1) year after the drawing date.

Include your name and address with your request.
7.
D.J. Ardore, in its sole discretion, reserves the right
to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the
operation of the website or who is otherwise in violation of
the rules. D.J. Ardore further reserves the right to cancel,
terminate, or modify any game not capable of completion as
planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering,
unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or
administrative problems of any sort.
8.
Winners agree, except where prohibited by law, that D.J.
Ardore may use winner’s name, picture, portrait, likeness
and/or voice for advertising promotional purposes without
further consideration.
9.
D.J. Ardore reserves the right to amend these rules at
any time, without notice.
10.
Prizes are being supplied by the sponsor restaurant.
D.J. Ardore is only an agent in transferring the prize to the
winner. D.J. Ardore does not warrant or represent the goods or services
provided by the sweepstakes prize or sponsor restaurant. Winners agree
to indemnify and hold D.J. Ardore, its officers, directors and employees,
harmless from any and all liability, including reasonable attorney’s
fees, arising from or related to the redemption of the sweepstakes prize.
